Welcome to the Mylemarks Monthly newsletter! October's Resource of the Month is a Habit Tracker for teens! A habit tracker is an easy way for your clients to be able to track a new habit that they are trying to develop (positive self-care activities) or current behaviors that they are trying to eliminate (negative coping skills). It also comes in handy in tracking progress towards a goal. This tracker spans over 21 days and allows the client to record habits for multiple behaviors. Here are a few suggestions of habits to track for teens:

Testimonials
"I am a mental health counselor and this is the first time I received your newsletter. It is amazing and I have shared it with my colleagues. I especially liked the resources and the free download, I can cope with feeling stressed.
I have used it with individual and group with great results! I am so excited to go through your other resources. This is awesome and is like a breath of fresh air to the start of this school year! Thanks!" -Dixie L. |
I do like Mylemarks because of the free resources due to my budget is limited. I like the easy way you can explain to the students about the worksheets that I use in my everyday practice.
-Sandra M.I am grateful for the brilliant and relevant resources that Mylemarks develops which reflects clinical experience but most importantly understanding of the needs of young people navigating their way in the world.
