Why can't I download my resources when I click on the link in my email?
Due to recent updates in security and privacy settings on certain browsers, you may experience an issue with your download links. This is because security settings have become more restrictive and mark download links within emails as unsafe, though our links are secure. Though we have no control over the security settings, we recognize that it has become an inconvenience to our customers. Below are a few recommendations to provide assistance if you run into this issue:
1. You can select View Order Details within your emailed receipt and this will take you back to the website to download your files.
2. Right Click + Save Link As on a PC or CTRL + Click on a Mac to download and save the file directly to your device.
3. We've noticed that this occurs mostly with our customers using the Google Chrome browser. You can choose to download the links by opening the email in another browser (Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc.)
If there are continued issues accessing any of the downloads, please send us an e-mail at [email protected], and we can send you your resources as attachments.

Why can't I add items to my Shopping Cart or checkout?
Usually, when there is an issue with a shopping cart, it is likely due to the browser that you are using. There might be restrictions keeping the website from functioning properly. Here are a few recommendations to try!

- Try making the purchase using a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.
- Visit the site and attempt to make the purchase using the Incognito or Private Browser mode.
- Clear your cookies and cache (browsing data) in the browser that you are currently using. This can be done by accessing your settings and can usually be found under Privacy and Security. Once completed, you will need to restart your browser. Keep in mind that clearing this data will log you out of other websites where you've previously stored information.
- Disable browser extensions. Sometimes browser extensions can cause a website from functioning as it should.
- Keep in mind that if you are using a work computer/internet, there might be restrictions that keep you from accessing our shopping cart. You should try to make your purchase using a personal device if that might be the issue.
- Use a mobile device (smartphone/tablet) to make the purchase.

Do you offer any memberships or a way to get access to all of the worksheets?
There are currently no membership services or ways to gain access to all of the resources on the site. Each resource must be purchased individually. Licensing is unrelated to access to resources.
Is there a way to purchase all the worksheets in a category or make a bulk order?
If you are interested in purchasing all of the worksheets in a particular section or multiple sections or you are interested in placing a larger order (100+ resources), please fill out the Contact Form below, and we will send you an online Order Form to complete and submit. On this form, you can let us know the items you are interested in purchasing. You will be emailed an invoice to confirm your order, and we will gather your resources together into a single link to purchase directly from the website.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
For orders exceeding over $100, we do offer a 10% using the coupon code MYLE100 at checkout.

How do I get the items that I ordered?
All of our products (except physical books) are digital files. The worksheets and games are PDF files and the ClassPaks are PowerPoint shows and Google Slides presentations. Once you make the purchase, you will have immediate access to the digital resources. Your initial download link will be available on the Order Confirmation page.
You are also able to download your files through the e-mailed receipt. On your receipt, you can select View Order Details which will take you back to our website to download your links. Links can also be found under Downloads Information. These e-mailed links will be available for unlimited download after purchase, but we recommend downloading your files immediately.
If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your Promotions tab or Spam folder. Some e-mail permissions may not allow your emailed receipt to go to your inbox. If you do not receive your receipt within 30 minutes of your purchase, please complete the contact form and let us know.

Why can't I enter my Payment Information?
In order for the Payment Information to become available, you will first need to completely fill out Personal Information before hitting the Next button. Once this is completed, the Pay Information will drop down and allow you the option of either using PayPal or a Credit/Debit Card for payment. This is also where you will be able to +Add a Coupon Code if applicable.
Why didn't I receive a receipt for my order?
Sometimes there can be a delay in the system or a malfunction might keep you from receiving your receipt at all. Mistyping of your e-mail address can also be an issue as well. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your Promotions tab or Spam folder. Fill out the contact form below, and a copy of your receipt can be forwarded to you!
I would like to print multiple copies of a worksheet. Is this permitted?
The purchase of a resource grants you an Individual License. You are able to print multiple copies for Personal Use only, which includes for your individual use, and to teach, counsel, or mentor an individual, class, or a small group. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable. The purchase you make only permits you to own a copy of the digital file, so transmitting the files to another person's possession is not permitted. Why aren't my worksheets printing out correctly?
If your downloaded file is not printing correctly, please make sure that your PDF Reader is updated as well as your printer settings. Please keep in mind that due to differences in printer functions, Mylemarks is unable to provide support if there are printing issues. Here is a helpful site if you encounter 'black boxes' around your images when printing. If you believe that there are issues with the file itself, please contact us and let us know!
Can Mylemarks send me printed copies of the worksheets?
Mylemarks offers mostly digital resources. It is the customer's responsibility to print products after purchase. For the physical Skills Development Workbooks and Children's books, a physical copy will be shipped to you via a 3rd party such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
Where is my Spanish download?
The Spanish version of your download can be found on page 2 of your PDF.
Do you offer translations into other languages?
As of right now, we only offer Spanish Translations of select worksheets, as those are currently the most requested. The worksheets we choose to translate are picked by our team. We do not offer translations upon request.
