Talk Me Up!
Happy Black History Month! In our continued collaboration with BMH Connect and Dr. April Duncan, we've developed a positive affirmation card game created for use with Black kids and teens.
Talk Me Up! is a fun, interactive card game designed to help kids learn and recite positive and empowering statements as they participate in gameplay. Positive affirmations and self-talk can be helpful coping mechanisms for clients that experience stress, anxiety, low self-worth, or negative social interactions. Gratitude Journal for Kids
There are many benefits to children that keep a gratitude journal including improved happiness and self-esteem. The Gratitude Journal for Kids is a 21-page interactive journal including writing/drawing prompts and engaging activities. The Gratitude Journal for Kids will be available on Monday, March 14th!

How Would You Feel?
How would you feel...if you won first place in a contest? How about if a grown-up yelled at you? How Would You Feel is a printable activity created to help kids identify and explore feeling words and faces. Players draw from the pile and are presented with a scenario for them to read aloud and identify how it would make them feel. Everyone is welcome to chime in as well! Players can empathize with each other as they explore how our emotional responses may be different for everyone.
How Would You Feel is designed to help increase your client's feelings vocabulary, promote empathy, and improve their understanding of facial expressions and social cues.
