The Resource of the Month for February is called Where I Feel Sadness. This worksheet is an interactive way to engage kids in identifying physical responses to feelings of sadness or depression. Your client will be able to color in the different places on their body that are impacted by their feelings and mood. Talk Me Up!Happy Black History Month! In our continued collaboration with BMH Connect and Dr. April Duncan, we've developed a positive affirmation card game created for use with Black kids and teens. Talk Me Up! is a fun, interactive card game designed to help kids learn and recite positive and empowering statements as they participate in gameplay. Positive affirmations and self-talk can be helpful coping mechanisms for clients that experience stress, anxiety, low self-worth, or negative social interactions.

Gratitude Journal for KidsChildren that keep a gratitude journal experience a number of benefits including improved happiness and increased self-esteem. The Gratitude Journal for Kids is a 21-page interactive journal including writing/drawing prompts and engaging activities. The Gratitude Journal for Kids will be available on Monday, March 14th!
