Happy New Year 🎉🎊🎉!
Welcome to the Mylemarks Monthly newsletter! The resource of the month, My Year in PREview, is focused on helping your clients share about their hopes and anticipations for the new year. How are they feeling about 2022? What are they most looking forward to? My Year in PREview can help prompt discussion about goal-setting, growth mindset, and overcoming fear and anxiety. This resource is a fillable worksheet and can also be opened and completed in Google Slides. To find more New Year's resources, you can visit our Holiday Printables page!
We're excited to share about our new partnership with Hopscotch! Hopscotch is a company dedicated to connecting children and their families to top behavioral health providers across the country. In the next few months, Hopscotch will be launching a provider network making it easy for children and their caregivers to connect virtually with a provider and receive best-in-class care. Click the banner below to learn more about the incredible benefits of joining this free network and add your name to the interest form! Within a couple of weeks, a member of their team will reach out to share more details about joining and what the next steps entail.

Social Skills SELV
Social skills help kids create positive interactions and relationships with their peers, and they are an important predictor of future success. At the end of this month, we'll be releasing a Social Skills Social-Emotional Learning Video to help kids learn about socials skills and ways they can improve their interactions with others! Join 13,000 other clinicians and subscribe to our YouTube channel to receive notifications.
In anticipation for our new Social-Emotional Learning Video, we want to share a resource created and submitted by one of our members, Veronique Mathieu! Veronique created a Choose Your Own Adventure activity to supplement our Empathy video. She's used this resource remotely with her middle school students and shared that the responses were great!
Veronique wanted to share the resource with other Mylemarks members, so we've included it in this newsletter, and you can download it below! Make sure to also check out her blog, Love and Growth Stories.
Coming in February!
Talk Me Up!
In our continued collaboration with BMH Connect and Dr. April Duncan, we've developed a positive affirmation card game created for use with Black kids and teens.
Talk Me Up! is a fun, interactive card game designed to help kids learn and recite positive and empowering statements as they participate in gameplay. Positive affirmations and self-talk can be helpful coping mechanisms for clients that experience stress, anxiety, low self-worth, or negative social interactions. As we near Black History Month in February, these cards can be used to encourage and support your clients that may benefit. Visit our Diversity and Inclusion section to view all of the resources from our collaboration with BMH Connect including:
