How to Play:
To play The Anger Meter, simply set up the Anger Meter boards on a table or the ground in numerical order to resemble a thermometer with 0 being at the bottom and 5 at the top.
Shuffle the deck of Anger Situation cards. Allow the player to flip over and read the first situation. They can identify, based on a scale from 0-5, how angry that situation might make them feel. They then place the card on the corresponding board. Play continues until the Anger Situation deck is complete.
If using as part of a group, players can take turns going through the deck and placing cards on the boards. Blank cards can be used to create a personalized experience.
