When you notice those moments of angry or frustrated feelings, it's really helpful to pay attention to how your mind, body, and emotions might be reacting. We call these reactions 'symptoms,' and they're like little clues that tell us how we're feeling. Take a look at the list and mark down the symptoms that you notice happening to you.
