Teasing is when someone makes fun of someone else jokingly. It is said or done to make the other person laugh. Friends can tease each other, and it is OK as long as it is harmless and both people are laughing. Bullying is when jokes are said to try and hurt the other person’s feelings. Usually, the bully wants to see the other person become sad or angry. Bullying behavior is usually something that continues over time.
