Welcome to the Mylemarks Monthly newsletter! The resource of the month is titled When I'm Anxious. It is designed to help kids identify how they respond whenever they are experiencing anxiety. The list includes positive coping behaviors such as "write down my thoughts" and "think about the good things that could happen", as well as unhelpful behaviors like, "keep my feelings to myself". Your client is able to indicate how often they engage in these behaviors by placing a check on the always, sometimes, and never scale. This worksheet is a great tool to help the client understand their responses to anxiety and which behaviors they might need to increase or decrease.
