Mylemarks' Resource of the Month
This worksheet is part of our Coping with Change series that helps kids process their feelings about recent changes in their lives. This month's worksheet is called, Coping with Change: My Parent's Going Away! This fillable worksheet helps kids explore how they are feeling about having a parent or guardian leave the home for an extended period of time. Such reasons could include travel, separation, illness, deployment, or incarceration. Kids are also able to express their worries and concerns and work to identify helpful ways to cope with the absence of their parent/guardian. Be sure to also check out our other Coping with Change worksheets: Coping with Change: A New Sibling, Coping with Change: Parent's Divorcing, Coping with Change: School's Back, Coping with Change: School's Out.

Our newest testimonials!
I discovered Mylemarks when looking for (and finding) a great video on empathy for elementary students. I signed up for the monthly newsletter and just received my first one. It is full of ideas and products that I can use with my students, who have a range of SEL needs. I especially appreciate the monthly free download! -Ellen S.

They have been truly helpful and quick to print and make use, as well as, for my eLearning kids I see for counseling. Especially, if I have one that is struggling with anger and has been sent out of class. It has saved them from going home. -Lori M.

I would say Mylemarks has helped me in more ways than one. . As a caregiver, as a survivor, consumer, client and professional. I happen to work in a professional setting where I source and hire clinical staff with the credentials to place them to work with clients in behavioral health. I am extremely passionate and engaged with my role and the impact it has when selecting the most suitable candidate for a position in behavioral health. So I keep my eyes open and ears to the pavement to learn all the things needed to make things happen as seamless as possible.
