Welcome to the Mylemarks Monthly newsletter! The resource of the month is a fillable worksheet titled, Thankful A to Z. This worksheet challenges kids and teens to work to identify 26 people, places, or things that they are thankful for - one for each letter of the alphabet! As we approach Thanksgiving, we are often reminded about the importance of expressing gratitude to others. Thankful A to Z is a fun way for clients to escape their negative thoughts and shift their focus towards a more positive mindset in the moment. For more gratitude worksheets and activities, you can also check out our Gratitude Journal for Teens as well as our Gratitude Jar worksheet.
